Paraspeech may be offered through direct web checkout powered by Polar. For purchases made through Polar, Polar processes payment, checkout, subscription, invoice, tax, license, and related transaction data according to its role in the checkout flow. Paraspeech uses the resulting purchase and subscription information to provide and manage access to the product.

30-day money-back guarantee

For direct web purchases, Paraspeech offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for services you are not satisfied with. The 30-day period starts when the contract is entered into. Send a clear refund request through the support channel listed below, with enough purchase information to identify the transaction. A reason is not required. Once the applicable conditions are verified, the purchase price is refunded using the original payment method and access to the purchased service ends. App Store purchases and refunds are handled through Apple. This guarantee does not limit mandatory statutory consumer rights.
